Refundable reservations are refundable up until the day before arrival. In case of cancellation on the same day of arrival, the full amount will be charged.
Non-refundable reservations will be charged 100% of the entire reservation amount which is always non-refundable for any cancellation made after booking.
For reservations refundable up to 21 days from the check in date, a deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay is required. For cancellations requested in the period between the booking date and 21 days from the check-in date, the entire amount of the deposit will be refunded, for cancellations which fall in the period between 21 days from the check-in date and the check-in date. check in there is no refund.
The amounts indicated do not include the tourist tax in any case.
We remind you that the kitchen must be left with the dishes clean and placed in the kitchen doors and the rubbish thrown into the appropriate public bins a short distance from the condominium.
